Photography & Rental kimono set service reservation process
Step 1
1,Estimation
Please send by Contact form with your Name, Date, Time, E-mail address, Questions. We'll respond within 1 or 2 business days.
Step ２
Book your appointment via reservation
After we decide on the shooting date, package content and background, and we have received the deposit [５０% of total price], your appointment is set and complete. We accept a credit card, Paypal, Venmo or Zelle for deposits.
Free Zoom consultation
Most customers have various questions and inquiries prior to booking. We recommend contacting us and booking an appointment online for a free consultation. These meetings are free and will be conducted via Zoom [ Skype, LINE, Facebook Instagram, ,] Upon securing a reservation, cancellation policy is in effect.
Step 3
Photo Shoot Day / Choosing a kimono
You don't need to prepare anything. All you need to do is come to the studio! There is one car parking space available on site.

Hair, Makeup & Kimono dressing

Step 5
Photo Session
Before taking any pictures, our staff will make sure the kimono and hairstyle is set.
Shooting time can last about 30 minutes ～. We offer some props, flowers, various decorations and various back drop colors!
Step 6
Select photos for retouching
We will upload all the photos taken and send you the link. Photos can be viewed by a smartphone, tablet or computer. After returning home, choose your photos for editing while you are immersed in the memories.
Please email us the photo you would like to edit, and we will send you the edited digital photo data in 2-3 weeks. 【All Jpeg photos are printable quality. 2 pictures included are free however, if you need more retouches done it will cost. Retouch for special effects such as removing scars, tattoos, any stains or blemishes ..etc.】
We do not offer print services however, we can recommend the below options.

We do not offer any on location photography. We only have studio photography available.
Basic Service Cancellation Policy
After signing the contract a 50% of services invoice will be paid. １0 days prior. This deposit will go towards the total amount of the services. Any cancellation will result in keeping the deposit. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to bido.jpn@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If you cancel within the applicable period due to your convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged. If it is determined that the scheduled service cannot be provided due to the effects of earthquakes & car accident no cancellation fee will be charged.

スタジオ撮影込みのセットサービスのご予約と当日の流れ
Step 1
撮影予約をお取りください
お問い合わせフォームにてご予約いただけます。
ご希望の撮影日時をお知らせください、最初に日程とご希望のお着物も事前に2〜3着お選びください。
また、ご希望の方は無料Zoom相談コンサルテーションのご希望日も別途お知らせください。「Zoom,Skype,LINE,Facebok，Instagram可能」
事前のお打ち合わせにはスタイルのご希望やご質問をお伺いし打ち合せしていきます。
Step 2
ご予約確認メール
撮影日と撮影内容が決まったらデポジット[総額の５０％] を支払ってご予約完了です。お申込金のご入金をもちまして、ご予約日の正式確定とさせていただきます。詳しくはキャンセルポリシーをお読みください。［クレジットカード、Paypal、Venmo、Zelle可能］
Step 3
撮影日当日 着物、小物、ヘアメイク、ヘア飾り選び。手ぶらでOKです. [洋服でのポートレート撮影の方は着物レンタルは付きません」着付け・ヘアメイクで、約90-120分です。
Step 4
撮影
写真を撮る前にはスタッフが着物のポージングや髪型やメイクアップを細かくチェック。
撮影時間は約30分です。撮影小物を使いたい方は事前にお知らせください。
Step 5
写真選び
撮影終了後の数日後、撮影したすべての写真を入れたデジタル写真アルバムファイルのリンクを添付したEmailをお送りします。そのフォトアルバムはスマホ、タブレット、パソコンどれからでもご覧になれます。基本的にはお渡しする数十枚の画像データはそのままプリントできる状態のクオリティーですが、もしそれ以上に特別な画像加工が必要な場合は2枚まで無料です。「傷などを隠したりする特殊な画像加工を含みます」お渡ししたデータの中よりゆっくりお写真をお選びいただき、画像編集「レタッチ」をご希望の写真番号をメールでお知らせいただき、２－３週間後に編集後の写真データをお送りします。残りのお写真は、USBやSDカード、CDRなどに永久保存してくださいね。プリントサービスは当店では承っておりませんが、こちらの印刷はこちらのショップがおススメです。Print shop: District Camera: photo prints, books, and canvas. キャンセルポリシー
ご予約のお問合せの際のお願い
お客様には、当サイトに記載されている内容をご理解いただいた上でご予約をいただいたものと解釈させていただき、ご予約を承ります。
総額の５０％の金額のデポジットをご入金後、はじめてお日にちの確定をさせていただきまして正式予約となります。
ご予約予定日の日付から10日間以内にキャンセルされたサービスは、デポジット金が返金不可となっております。以下をご確認ください。地震、車の事故による理由は異なります。
キャンセルは、できるだけ早急に弊社まで bido.jpn@gmail.comご連絡をしていただくようご協力をお願いいたします。お日にちの変更のご希望は、弊社の空き状況によりお受けできない場合もございますのであらかじめご了承いただけますようお願いいたします。
